Tapkeep 是一个跨 iOS / Android 的个人账本 App。它不需要注册账号，没有我们的服务器：你的账本保存在手机本地，并通过你自己的网盘（WebDAV，如坚果云 / NAS / Nextcloud，或 Google Drive）在多台设备之间同步。换手机、换 Apple ID、换网盘，数据都能带走。
它能做什么
- 支出 / 收入 / 转账（含信用卡还款、预付卡充值、手续费）
- 多币种：每个账户自己的币种，记账时锁定当日汇率，报表按主币种汇总，也能按原币种分别看（USDT 可按 USD 1:1 锚定）
- 场景 → 类目两级分类，备注，图片 / PDF 附件
- 任意时间范围的收支分析，周期记账（房租、订阅）
- Face ID / 指纹 / PIN 应用锁；CSV 导出；一键完整备份与恢复
常见问题
同步是怎么工作的？
每台设备只把自己的变更追加写到网盘里的日志文件，其他设备读取后按字段级「最后写入者胜」合并。文件是人类可读的 JSON，你随时可以在网盘里看到它们。两台设备同时记账不会互相覆盖。
需要哪些权限？
相机 / 相册 / 文件：仅在你添加附件时使用；生物识别：仅用于应用锁；网络：仅用于同步到你的网盘和拉取每日汇率。没有定位、通讯录等其他权限。
Google Drive 授权时会看到什么？
Tapkeep 只申请 drive.file 权限：只能看到并管理它自己创建的 Tapkeep 文件夹，看不到你 Drive 里的其他文件。
如何换设备 / 迁移？
新设备装好 App，在首次引导里连接同一个网盘，选择「加入已有账本」，几分钟内即可拿到全部数据。也可以随时在「设置 → 导出与备份」生成一个包含全部数据和附件的 zip，在另一台设备恢复。
数据会上传到你们的服务器吗？
不会。我们没有服务器，也不接入任何统计或崩溃上报 SDK。详见隐私政策。

Tapkeep is a personal bookkeeping app for iOS and Android. No account, no servers of ours: your ledger lives on your phone and syncs between devices through your own cloud storage (any WebDAV server such as Nutstore, a NAS or Nextcloud, or Google Drive). Switch phones, Apple IDs or cloud providers and your data goes with you.
What it does
- Expenses, income and transfers (incl. credit-card repayment, prepaid-card top-up, fees)
- Multi-currency: each account has its own currency; the day's rate is locked per transaction; reports in your base currency and per original currency (USDT can be pegged 1:1 to USD)
- Two-level categories (scene → category), notes, image / PDF attachments
- Analysis over any date range; recurring transactions
- Biometric / PIN lock; CSV export; one-tap full backup and restore
FAQ
How does sync work?
Each device appends its own changes as log files in your cloud folder; other devices read them and merge field-by-field (last writer wins). The files are human-readable JSON. Two devices recording at the same time never overwrite each other.
Which permissions?
Camera / photos / files only when you add an attachment; biometrics only for the app lock; network only to sync with your cloud storage and fetch daily exchange rates. No location, no contacts.
What does the Google Drive consent screen show?
Tapkeep requests only the drive.file scope: it can see and manage only the Tapkeep folder it creates, nothing else in your Drive.
How do I move to a new phone?
Install the app, connect the same cloud storage during onboarding and choose "Join existing ledger". You can also export a full backup zip (Settings → Export & Backup) and restore it on another device.
Is anything uploaded to your servers?
No. We run no servers and embed no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. See the Privacy Policy.
